60 days left till the beginning of the winter season 2011/2012

The winter season is approaching quickly. All lovers of skying are looking forward to freezing temperatures and sparkling snow, hopefuly by the end of November. Beginning today we´ll be preparing regular weekly reports to keep you updated. There have been many changes in the whole ski park, and we hope you´ll like it.

Here are the first two:

Upgraded seats of the chair lift

Many of your complains were about the seat of the chairlift and we didn´t take them lightly. We have modified the seats and also the heating system. Moreover we have installed clear plastic covers - bubbles.

All the seats were equipped with these bubbles. Also additional headrests were installed and the safety system for children was modified for increased safety and comfort. All these changes make us the most advanced and comfortable chairlift in the Czech republic. We hope you´ll enjoy these improvements we made for you.

The third ticket office

Other important news is, we have added a new ticket office. This is a reaction to your complains about the third ticket office being closed during the busiest hours and causing delays to you, our clients.

This ticket office was originally meant as a backup for an emergency situations. The last season has made it clear however, that this ticket office needs to be opened as well so that our clients wouldn´t have to wait. It is now ready and waiting for your visit in the ski park Červená voda.
